Responsibilities:

Estimation & Costing

• Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Electrical, MEP, Solar, EPC, and infrastructure projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimation.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare cost comparison sheets and budget analysis.

• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Tendering & Bidding

• Search and evaluate tender opportunities from government and private clients.

• Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.

• Coordinate bid submissions within deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and client specifications.

• Maintain tender documentation and records.

• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits where required.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly tender status reports.

• Maintain estimation databases and historical costing records.

• Track tender results and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• Minimum 2–8 years’ experience in estimation, tendering, and bidding.

• Experience in Electrical, MEP, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and contract documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
