Responsibilities

• Contributing to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets by proactively and rigorously engaging in sales activities.

• Providing information feedback to the Production In Charge on customer requirements and competitor activity in the region.

• Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions and new product listings.

• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing quotations to customers.

• Gathering Market and Customer information.

• Management of Sales and Order records and updating the production department accordingly.

• Ensuring Sales performance and aiming to meet and/or exceed targets.

• Monitoring the market, current trends and competitors activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ sales and marketing experience in selling uPVC / HDPE Pipes and fittings is must.

• Degree in sales, marketing or business related field will be added advantage.

• Proven track record of success in sales of Pipes / building materials industry.

• Strong hold of Water projects contractors / Hardware stores will be added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure sales deals.

• In-depth knowledge of the PVC pipe industry, including understanding of product specifications, applications, and market dynamics.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients across city / Country .

• License of Motor bike will be added advantage .
