Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to contribute to our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and ensure production efficiency.
Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and standards.
Conducting quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet regulated requirements and customer specifications.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
Assisting in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes and equipment.
Utilizing ERP software to track production metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
Providing technical support to production staff and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
