Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Hotel Boulevard, you will play an important role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company's brand reputation.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company's brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and following up on potential clients, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Researching organizations and individuals online especially on social media platforms to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with prospective clients.
Monitoring industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for expansion or diversification
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
Reviewing the clients feedback and implementing the necessary changes
Keeping the senior management informed about the customer feedback and any complaints , competitors and market trend practices.
Delivering a passionate and high quality personalized customer service to ensure our customers feel valued and engaged
Creating a venue referral system – through building links and relationships with venues in the area set up and initiate a referral system.
Key Responsibilities:

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in a hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in business development, or sales management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in a hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in business development, or sales management within the hospitality industry.
